Position: Sales Representatives and Trainees

Seeking coachable, high-energy candidates ready to step into a high earning roofing sales career.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify storm-damaged roofs
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on insurance-covered replacements
• Process paperwork and close sales

Requirements

• Previous sales or canvassing experience (roofing sales is preferred but not required)
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
• Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
• Reliable transportation (car/truck)

Compensation

• $150K-$450K+ earning potential
• Full training provided
