Position: Roofing Sales Trainee

We are looking for highly motivated individuals either experienced roofing sales professionals or a driven beginner ready to step into a high earning sales opportunity – no roofing sales experience needed!We provide full training.

Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Previous sales experience (roofing sales is preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting homeowners
• Willing and capable to perform roof inspections.
• Reliable transportation (car/truck)

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhood to find homes with old or damaged roofing
• Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options, insurance restoration, and the sales process
• Present estimates and close deals
