Position: Sales Trainee – Home Improvement
Start your career in home improvement sales with hands-on training and high earning potential! No prior roofing sales experience needed!
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (roofing sales is a plus!)
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections
Responsibilities
- Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm damaged roofing
- Perform roof inspections
- Educate homeowners with insurance restoration and complete necessary paperwork
Compensation
- Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year (Top reps can earn from $450K-$900K per year)
- Full training
