About Us

Alpha Exterior Designs is a veteran-owned and operated roofing and exterior restoration company serving homeowners throughout Central Pennsylvania. We specialize in storm damage inspections, insurance restoration, roofing, siding, and exterior improvements.

We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and controlling their own income.

What You'll Do

Run appointments from provided leads for retail sales.

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing

• Conduct homeowner consultations
• Schedule and perform exterior inspections
• Identify potential storm damage and educate homeowners on the insurance claim process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary
• Build relationships with homeowners throughout the restoration process
• Maintain communication with customers from inspection through project completion

Compensation

Our sales representatives are paid a percentage of project profits. That percentage is higher than most within this industry. Top performers can earn substantial income while maintaining flexibility and independence.

No roofing experience necessary. We will train the right individual.
