ALTA Roofing & Waterproofing (www.altaroofinginc.com) a commercial roofing and waterproofing company servicing San Diego and Southern California is currently looking for an experienced sales professional / project manager to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum one year of sales experience in the roofing and waterproofing / HOA / building products industries.

· Strong track record with closing and generating new business, as well the ability to build long-term relationships.

· Self-driven with an exceptional work ethic.

· Develop community awareness and company reputation.

· Customer service skills and the determination to succeed.

· Customer oriented with ability to effectively communicate using both verbal and written skills

· Must be computer proficient, able to utilize mobile applications and be willing to learn / be coached.

· Team player with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.

· Effective time management - deadline and detail oriented.

· Strong cold calling, networking and appointment-setting skills.

· Professional appearance and represent ALTA Roofing & Waterproofing in a professional manner.

· Sincerely care about the customer and the customer’s experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Following up with past commercial roofing and waterproofing prospects and converting them into sales.

· Attending weekly team meetings.

· Make sales from leads that the company will provide and with full support to help close sales.

· Create and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,128.29 - $86,864.17 per year

Work Location: In person
