We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused Residential Roofing Sales Representative who wants to build a long-term career with a growing company that values integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Unlike many roofing companies, our sales professionals are supported by dedicated administrative staff and project managers, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building relationships and selling quality roofing solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing systems and exterior building components.
• Identify roofing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Educate customers on roofing materials, installation methods, ventilation, warranties, and product options.
• Prepare professional proposals using company estimating software.
• Present estimates and confidently explain project scope and pricing.
• Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the company CRM.
• Coordinate with the estimating, administrative, and project management teams to ensure projects are properly prepared before construction begins.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer service.
• Represent Altitude Roofing professionally throughout every customer interaction.
• Attend company meetings, manufacturer training, and ongoing professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of Roofing sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting residential roofs.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience using computers, tablets, and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
