What You'll Do

• Run pre-qualified in-home appointments
• Inspect roofs + exterior projects (we train you)
• Build trust with homeowners and close deals same-day
• Manage your pipeline + track activity in CRM
• Hit performance targets (close rate, revenue, job size)
• Generate 1+ self-sourced lead per week

What Success Looks Like

• $1M+ in closed revenue within your first year
• Strong close rate + consistent weekly volume
• High activity = high earnings

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience is a plus - not required
• Background in roofing, construction, or in-home sales = big advantage
• Comfortable climbing ladders / inspecting roofs
• Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
• Strong communication + people skills
• Valid driver's license + clean background

Schedule

• Full-time, flexible schedule
• Evenings + 2 Saturdays/month required (prime earning times)
