We're growing, and we're hiring driven outside sales representatives to help homeowners protect their most valuable asset.

Position Overview

This is a field-based, commission-only outside sales role. You'll generate your own leads, run in-home appointments with homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close roofing projects. You control your income, and our top performers build strong six-figure books of business.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and local networking in your territory
• Set and run in-home appointments with homeowners
• Perform roof inspections and document property condition
• Present roofing solutions and pricing, and close the sale
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM
• Hand off signed projects cleanly to the production team

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Sales experience a plus (roofing, construction, or home improvement especially), but we train the right people
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation and Earnings

• Commission-only with uncapped earning potential
• Realistic earnings range of $100,000 to $500,000 per year based on performance (illustrative, not a guarantee)
