$120,000–$220,000+ Annual Commission Potential

Atticare is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in HVAC or Roofing sales to join our team.

This is NOT a cold-calling role. You’ll receive 2–3 confirmed HOT leads per day, meet directly with homeowners, prepare estimates, and close high-quality home improvement projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Build trust, inspect the property, and present solutions
• Prepare estimates and close deals
• Follow up with clients to secure contracts
• Use our simple CRM to manage leads and performance

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Proven outside sales experience (required)
• HVAC or Roofing industry experience (required) • Strong closing and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle
• Clean driving record & clean criminal background • Professional, motivated, and self-driven
