We are looking for a driven and ambitious Residential Roofing Sales Representative ready to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections and present clear, detailed estimates to homeowners
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and the insurance claims process when applicable
• Close contracts and guide customers through the entire re-roof process
• Track all activity in CRM and meet monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience (construction, roofing, or related industry preferred)
• Confidence, charisma, and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a desire to succeed
• Ability to climb ladders and assess roofs (we’ll train you)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
