Due to the explosive demand from recent and upcoming weather events that have and will affect thousands of property owners, we are immediately hiring 15-20 entry level roof inspectors to our fast-growing team. The average entry level roof inspector makes between $63,840-$138,320/year*, with the top performers bringing home north of $190,000/year*.

Daily Responsibilities

• Build relationships through local outreach
• Conduct roof inspections (ladder use required) to assess storm damage
• Educate and guide homeowners through restoration solutions
• Present custom solutions and close deals
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed goals

What We’re Looking For

• A self-starter with a passion for people and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and confidence meeting new people
• Dependability, proactivity, and a drive to exceed expectations
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
• Reliable transportation and local travel required
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train from the ground up!
