What You’ll Do

As a Foreman, you’ll be the go-to leader for assigned roofing projects. Lead on-site coordination and verify that your assigned job goes smoothly.

General Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Pass background and drug screenings (pre-employment and random)
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Available to traveling as needed
  • 5 years of experience in metal roofing, coping, and gutters (Preferred)

Trade-Related Responsibilities

  • Attend job start meetings with the Project Manager and Project Engineers
  • Review and understand drawing sets and specifications for assigned jobs
  • Attend assigned Client-Contractor meetings
  • Maintain positive client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for job-related questions and adjustments
  • Ensure crews follow all Blue Ridge Roofing safety requirements and use proper PPE
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day site issues and escalate major concerns appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site before, during, and after completion
  • Ensure full compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Use company software to manage tasks and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in roofing or construction project management preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance practices
  • Familiarity with construction software and documentation tools preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
