Position Overview

CK Roofing Inc. is currently seeking a Residential & Commercial Roofing Construction Sales Representative in the Santa Clarita area who is:

• Willing to visit 4–6 projects daily

Compensation

• Commission-based position
• Future draw program (advance against future commissions)

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage leads generated by the marketing team for potential roofing projects
• Gather information on prospective customers
• Contact customers by phone to schedule initial appointments
• Meet with customers on-site and perform project evaluations
• Work with the team to assess customer needs and perform measurements
• Prepare and generate proposals through the Roofr CRM system
• Present proposals to customers through Roofr CRM
• Follow up with customers by phone and email after proposal submission
• Schedule additional customer meetings as needed
• Prepare sales progress reports for management

Candidate QualificationsRequired

• Roofing industry experience
• Ability to work within Roofr CRM
• Construction sales experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales drive and problem-solving skills
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Sales tracking and pipeline management skills
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills

Preferred

• Experience or knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems
• Experience using Roofr CRM
• Fluent English proficiency
• Experience as a roofing estimator
• Experience growing market share and developing sales territories
