This is a commission-only 1099 Independent Contractor position with uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Generate your own business through networking, referrals, BNI groups, community involvement, social media, and occasional door-to-door canvassing.
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify their needs.
• Build trust by educating homeowners and providing honest recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Prepare and present roofing, gutter, and exterior improvement proposals.
• Guide customers through the sales process from the initial inspection to the signed agreement.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
• Represent Clarity Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Sales experience is preferred but not required. Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right individual.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential

Vehicle Requirements

Reliable transportation is required. Applicants must own or have regular access to a vehicle capable of safely transporting a foldable ladder, as traveling to customer appointments and job sites is an essential part of the position.

A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required. Sales consultants are responsible for using their own vehicle while building their business.
