Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Roofing Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across commercial accounts. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing key relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable projects.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for a proven commercial roofing producer with documented revenue performance and strong market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans
  • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and relationship building
  • Maintain and grow key GC, property management, and commercial accounts
  • Identify reroof, service, and capital project opportunities
  • Prepare proposals and collaborate with estimating for accurate scope development
  • Present roofing system solutions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and pipeline forecasting
  • Support long-term account retention and repeat business

Required Experience

  • 4+ years commercial roofing sales experience (required)
  • Demonstrated annual billing of $4M+ in commercial roofing revenue
  • Experience selling low-slope systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction cycles
  • Experience working with GCs, developers, property managers, or facility owners
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dataforma, Acculynx, or similar)
  • Ability to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline

Preferred

  • Existing book of commercial relationships
  • Experience with service-to-reroof conversion strategy
  • Strong margin awareness and pricing discipline

Compensation

Competitive base + aggressive commission structure tied to revenue and gross margin performance.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
