CRS - Complete Roof SystemsComplete Roof Systems, a family-owned, roofing company with nearly 50 years of experience in New Jersey, is seeking a Residential Roofing/Siding Salesperson. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position.
CRS has an exceptional support team to handle all aspects of pre-sale, bookings, and project management, leaving you free to concentrate on the prospect and the sale. Our traditional and digital marketing means you’ll be handed pre-qualified leads. You don’t have to worry about door-knocking or cold calling.

Responsibilities
- Travel to leads and meet with homeowners to assess needs and provide solutions
- Serve as a consultant and provide knowledge and expertise to leads
- Managing multiple job leads, including writing proposals and contracts
- Work with our Operation Coordinator and Project Manager to manage all jobs that come in and ensure that the project is completed successfully
- Build and maintain essential relationships with customers
Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of roofing and siding sales experience is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft products, including Excel and Word is required
- Prior knowledge of building materials in general, is preferred
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of the construction industry including laws, regulations, and best practices
- Knowledge of effective sales and marketing practices for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Knowledge of basic mathematics to solve problems
- Highly skilled in oral and written communication
- Skilled in identifying and efficiently resolving problems
- Skilled in professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion
- Skilled in active listening, including providing full attention to instructions, asking questions when needed, and understanding and following procedures
- The ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior
- The ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
- The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors
- The ability to learn new information and develop new skills as they relate to specific job duties
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- A professional attitude, the ability to work independently, and strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow directions within a high pace environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in understanding and speaking English. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus
