Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the commercial roofing sector. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of roofing products and services, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial roofing market.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the roofing and/or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial roofing products and services.
  • Experience closing large construction deals ($5M+)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
