Are you a motivated, high-energy sales professional who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions? We're looking for a driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team!

This is a commission-based, independent contractor role built for self-starters. You'll develop and own your pipeline — backed by our marketing, brand, and proven sales process — with warm and referral leads passed your way when they come in. The hardest-working reps here build their own book of business and keep all the upside that comes with it. We'll set you up to win: we teach proven lead generation and closing strategies, plus the insurance and industry knowledge to sell with confidence. Training and mentorship available for the right candidate.

Compensation

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline through self-generated, referral, and repeat business
• Respond to and follow up on leads quickly (warm leads passed to you when available)
• Conduct roof inspections (training available if needed)
• Present repair, maintenance, and reroof proposals
• Build relationships with homeowners & property managers
• Close deals and manage projects through production
• Generate referrals and repeat business

Qualifications

• Sales experience a must (roofing or construction a plus)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated & organized — you can create your own opportunities, not just work a queue
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs (when required)
• Resourceful and able to think outside the box
• Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and CRM software
