DFW Roofing Pro is looking for a Roofing Sales Manager who knows how to recruit, coach, lead from the front, and drive results. If you’re currently leading a team—or have an existing team of experienced roofing sales reps—we want to talk.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of roofing sales experience

Previous sales management experience required

Experience recruiting, coaching, and holding sales reps accountable

Proven production history

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to build culture while driving performance

Existing team of sales reps is a major plus
