Door-to-Door Sales Representative

DFW Roofing Pro is seeking motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives in the DFW market. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and earning based on performance.

In this role, you will canvass neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, identify potential storm damage opportunities, set appointments, and help generate roofing sales. If you have strong people skills and a self-starter attitude, you can succeed here. Roofing or sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods in the DFW area
• Engage homeowners and introduce roofing inspection services
• Generate leads and set appointments
• Follow up with prospects and assist through the sales process
• Work independently while meeting sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Roofing knowledge is a plus; training provided

• Tuesday to Friday 11 am- 7pm
• Saturday 9am - 1pm
