About This Position

You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners dealing with storm damage, going door-to-door in affected neighborhoods to connect them with our restoration services. This isn't about high-pressure tactics — it's about being genuinely helpful when people need it most. You'll assess property damage, explain insurance processes, and guide homeowners through getting their claims approved and their homes restored. We provide 4 weeks of paid training at $750/week because we want you fully equipped to succeed from day one. Your income scales directly with your effort — our new hires typically earn $75k-$100k, while our top performers hit $160k+ annually.

• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with people during stressful situations
• Comfortable with physical demands — climbing ladders and accessing roofs for damage assessment
• Self-motivated mindset with ability to work independently while supporting team goals
• Adaptable personality with quick thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional customer service instincts and genuine desire to help homeowners
• Door-to-door sales experience highly preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Professional demeanor that builds trust with both homeowners and insurance adjusters
