Done Rite Roofing & Gutters is looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to help homeowners with roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior improvement projects throughout Northern New Jersey.

If you’re a self-starter who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and earning uncapped income, this opportunity is for you. Previous roofing sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and property owners
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Explain roofing solutions and provide estimates
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Follow up on proposals and close sales
• Work closely with our production team to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus
