Roofing Sales Representative

Donnys Home Improvement that currently holds PRESIDENTS CLUB with GAF status, is seeking talented individuals (PREFERABLE MALE able to inspect attics), to join our team as Commission Based Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative at Donnys Home Improvement, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Educating homeowners on our services and guiding them through the process
• Conducting home inspections and assisting with insurance claims if needed
• Maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and customers
• Collaborating with company leadership to implement best practices
• Managing customer relationships through CRM and lead tracking software

Key requirements for the role include

• Previous experience in roofing, siding, construction sales, or similar field (preferred but not a must)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ethical and trustworthy behavior
• Ability to close leads and generate new business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility to follow up on leads at various times
• Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale
• Valid, clean driver's license
