Compensation: $75,000+ (Based on experience & performance)

The Opportunity

Green Attic is a trusted Chicagoland name with 15+ years of excellence. Roofing is our major growth engine, and we aren’t looking for "order takers" or entry-level learners. We need a seasoned roofing pro who can walk onto a roof with confidence, build immediate trust with homeowners, and close the right work the right way.

What You’ll Do

• Run In-Home Leads: Lead homeowners through the full cycle: inspection, education, proposal, and closing.
• Expert Assessment: Document roof conditions (photos/measurements) and explain tear-offs, ventilation, and material tiers clearly.
• Own the Close: Handle objections professionally (price, insurance, timing) and move qualified leads to signed agreements.
• Clean Handoffs: Maintain a tight CRM and ensure the production team has zero "mystery scope gaps" or sloppy instructions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of residential roofing sales.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of shingles, flashing, ventilation, and decking. You must know the difference between a repair and a full system replacement.
• Sales Discipline: Strong pipeline management and aggressive follow-up habits.
• Local Roots: Valid DL and ability to travel across the Chicagoland market.
