Elegant Exteriors, LLC, a trusted home improvement company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, is seeking professional Sales Consultants who excel at building relationships and guiding homeowners through important renovation decisions.

We're not looking for high-pressure sales tactics. We're looking for high-level communicators who want to educate, consult, and guide consumers through the home improvement process with integrity and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners through referrals, marketing initiatives, and community engagement
• Conduct thorough in-home consultations and assessments
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, window, and gutter solutions
• Build trust by taking a consultative approach—understanding needs and providing honest recommendations
• Present project estimates and explain financing options clearly
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout their project journey
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Who You Are

• An excellent communicator who builds genuine rapport and trust
• Someone who values integrity over aggressive closing tactics
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
• Consultative by nature—you listen first, then guide customers to the right solutions
• Self-motivated and organized
• Hold a valid driver's license

Experience preferred but not required: Background in home improvement or sales is helpful, but we provide comprehensive training for the right person.
