Elite KY Services & Construction is looking for a motivated, energetic, and self-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team!

If you’re someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners improve their homes, we’d love to talk with you.

· Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and remodeling needs.

· Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing.

· Inspect roofs and exterior damage.

· Assist homeowners with insurance restoration claims when applicable.

· Prepare estimates and explain our services.

· Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.

· Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service.

· Strong communication and people skills.

· Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

· Sales experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person.

· Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

· Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders (preferred).

· Excellent commission-based earning potential.
