With two locations in California, we are expanding our Bay Area team and are seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator/Sales Representative to join us.This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in residential roofing sales who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, high-performing team. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellent customer service, enjoys following up with leads, and has the technical knowledge to provide accurate roof estimates and build long-term client relationships.

At Epic Roof Replacement, our proven sales process and industry-leading commission structure enables our sales reps to make $150,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle 5-10 new leads daily through inbound inquiries. You will use satellite software to gather roof measurements and provide estimates over the phone to qualified leads.
  • Sales & Estimating: Follow up with leads to schedule in-person appointments, where you will conduct on-site inspections, provide samples, answer client questions, and close deals.
  • Follow-ups: Be relentless in follow-up efforts. Leverage automation tools to stay in touch with leads and clients, ensuring they receive timely communication.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage your own sales pipeline, scheduling 1-2 sales meetings per day, according to your personal calendar preferences (weekends, evenings, etc.).
  • Client Experience: Deliver a top-tier client experience by providing clear, transparent, and accurate information throughout the sales process, making sure clients are confident and comfortable with their roof replacement decisions.

Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Experience in residential roofing sales or estimations is required. We are seeking professionals who are already performing well in a similar role but are looking for a better opportunity or environment.
  • Customer Service Focused: You're committed to ensuring that each client has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Self-Starter: You're proactive and organized, able to handle 5-10 leads a day and manage a personal sales pipeline without needing micromanagement.
  • Follow-Up Master: You're relentless in your follow-up efforts. You know how to keep leads warm, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software to gather estimates, track leads, and stay organized.
  • Drive to Succeed: You are hungry for success and thrive in a results-driven environment. You want to sell high-quality roofing solutions and close deals quickly.
