Knowledge of how to inspect roofs and give accurate estimates is required.. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The Salesperson will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster business growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sell roofing and home improvement services directly to residential customers
• Follow up on leads and manage your own sales pipeline
• D2D & B2B Sales

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Minimum 2 years of roofing sales experience
• Experience conducting product demos that engage potential clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong hustle ethic; Your hustle defines your paycheck
• Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
