What You'll Sell A real 5-system product portfolio, not just shingles:

• CertainTeed Landmark PRO architectural shingles
• Standing seam metal roofing
• Stone-coated steel systems
• TPO and EPDM flat roofing
• Siding, gutters, and full exterior renovation

Average ticket: $12,000–$40,000. Sales are consultative — homeowners want education, not pressure.

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided leads from our marketing, digital ads, and referral pipeline
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and damage assessments
• Build estimates and present financing-backed proposals
• Close signed agreements and hand off cleanly to operations
• Self-generate additional opportunities at a higher commission tier

• $0 – $100K → 8%
• $100K – $200K → 10%
• $200K+ → 12%

Commissions paid 7–14 business days after project completion and customer payment clearance. Top reps in this product mix realistically earn $120K–$220K+ annually. We will be straight with you about how that math works in the interview.

What You Bring

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone, and laptop or tablet
• Comfortable on a roof (basic ladder work)
• Strong communication and self-management — this is a 1099 contractor role
• Roofing, solar, home-improvement, or insurance-restoration sales experience is a strong plus, not a requirement
• Willingness to learn 5 product systems properly

Status

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and transportation. We provide leads, tools, training, and a clean compensation structure.
