About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals ready to build a strong career in roofing sales. This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners affected by storm damage. If you’re coachable, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors, this is a high-opportunity position with serious income potential.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify storm-damaged roofs
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on insurance-covered replacements
• Generate and set qualified appointments
• Maintain professional communication in the field

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• $100K-$400K+ earning potential
• Commission structure
