$25/hour guaranteed base pay PLUS 10%–20% commission. Company leads, company truck, gas, benefits, equipment, automated follow-up, and rehash support are all provided.

FixRoof is hiring a professional salesperson who wants to sell — not spend their day hunting for leads, paying for gas, wearing out their own vehicle, or chasing dead estimates.

COMPENSATION

• $25/hour base pay
• 10% commission on monthly sales
• Hit $150,000 in monthly sales → 15% commission
• Hit $200,000 in monthly sales → 20% commission

We want sales professionals who can produce during professional working hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll meet with homeowners who have contacted FixRoof for roofing and exterior home-improvement services.

Your responsibilities include

• Run scheduled sales appointments
• Inspect homes and roofing systems
• Identify customer needs
• Present FixRoof solutions
• Build value before discussing price
• Handle objections
• Ask for the sale
• Follow the FixRoof sales process
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Follow up with open opportunities
• Close business

We provide the leads and the system. You provide the discipline and ability to close.
