Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

Florida Home360 is hiring immediately for outside in home sales representatives. To be considered for this position we prefer for you have at least 1 year of sales experience. If you meet all requirements for this position, please apply! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting in-home presentations and sales of our replacement windows, doors, and roofing. This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential.

We provide you with a marketing staff that qualifies and confirms every appointment, no cold calling! There will be continuous support and development through training along with top-of-the-line technology to help enhance your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of FloridaHome360, developing professionalism and knowledge of our products and services
• Conduct in-home sales presentations to prospective customers in our assigned territories
• Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets, goals, and metrics
• Commit to the process
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales
• Passion for sales and people
• Coachability, willingness to learn, train, and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Strong time management skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Commission-based earnings with no cap
• Base salary of $26,000 Plus commission.
• First year earnings expectations of $160,000.00 -$240,000.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
