Our reputation generates referrals and repeat business that make every homeowner conversation easier. You're not starting from scratch — you're stepping into a company homeowners already trust and a pipeline that reflects it.

The Role

This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who already knows how to run it. As an Experienced Sales Representative at Four Peaks Roofing, you'll work targeted neighborhoods between Huntley and Naperville, identify storm-damaged properties, conduct inspections, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish. You know how this works — and we're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

• Work targeted neighborhoods and engage homeowners about potential storm damage
• Conduct roof inspections and document hail and wind damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from first contact to closed contract
• Close roofing, siding, gutter, and window contracts on both insurance and retail jobs
• Own every job from initial inspection through completed project

Who You Are

• PREFERRED: 2+ years of roofing or exterior sales experience — you've run the process and closed deals
• Experienced working insurance claims and know how to advocate for homeowners through the process
• A natural closer who builds trust fast and handles objections without losing momentum
• Self-managed and process-driven — you don't need hand-holding, but you respect a system that works
• Ready to bring your own drive to a company with the reputation and support to back it up

The Compensation

• $52,000 base salary
• Commission on top of base — OTE $120,000–$175,000
