Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through cold calling, lead generation, and networking to expand our customer base.
• Manage assigned territories efficiently, ensuring consistent coverage and relationship building with local prospects and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase roofing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through account management strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze territory performance for targeted growth.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns and strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales within the construction, home improvement, or related industries.
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and close deals successfully.
• Ability to perform product demos and explain technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, upselling, and territory management strategies.
• A proactive mindset with the motivation to achieve sales targets through cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, or other methods.
