Genesis Roofing is expanding and we’re looking for driven, competitive, high-performing sales professionals ready to build a six figure career.

If you have roofing sales experience, we will expedite your onboarding and provide qualified leads immediately.

If you have strong sales experience (any industry), our paid training program will develop you into a roofing sales expert.

This opportunity is for individuals motivated to earn $150,000+ annually.

Your Role as an Outside Roofing Consultant

• Meet with homeowners
• Conduct roof inspections
• Provide tailored roofing solutions
• Guide customers through the insurance & sales process
• Deliver exceptional service from start to finish

You will build trust, close deals, and create long term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (required)
• Roofing sales experience (preferred, not required)
• CRM experience or tech savvy
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Clean background & drug screen
• Self-motivated, organized, and punctual
• Strong communication skills

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Saturday half days (as needed)
• Flexible scheduling structure

Location Requirements

• Must commute to: North & Central New Jersey
• Must be willing to relocate before start date (if applicable)
