What you’ll be doing

• Running appointments and closing deals same day with homeowners - (we will train you)
• Performing roof inspections, measurements, and photo documentation
• Building estimates and proposals in ServiceTitan
• Presenting options, handling objections, and asking for the sale
• Collecting deposits and completing paperwork cleanly
• Handing off sold jobs to production with complete notes and organized job folders
• Following up like a pro (rehash leads, pipeline, referrals, realtor relationships)
• Moving fast. We’re big on speed to lead, including weekend appointments when available

Who we want

• Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to be held to performance measures
• Strong communicators who can build trust quickly
• Comfortable with heat and being in the field every day
• Growth and abundant mindset
• Tech-friendly (iPad, CRM, call review tools)
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Roofing or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.

• Able to attend daily morning kickoff meetings in the office (Tampa Bay area)
