Duties

• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Experience in inside or outside sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales management practices and business development strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using software applications related to sales processes.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for upselling products or services.
