Roofing Sales Estimator

Base: 60-70k + commission ($125-135k total comp) Auto or allowance, PTO, full benefits etc. We are one of the largest and fastest growing roofing contractors in Southern California. We are an expert in every type of roofing waterproofing coating green and metal system application. Immediate need for a roofing sales estimator to join our team in the Southern California market. This person will be responsible for the overall management and development of at least a million dollar book of business. Please note roofing industry sales experience is required for this position. Responsibilities: * Development and Client Acquisition * Schedule and execute sales and client meetings. * Qualification and creation of Work Order from Client Request * Creation of high-quality Repair Estimates Roof Surveys Preventive Maintenance Reports Cad Drawings and Other Deliverable's for Clients * Invoicing and maintenance of price list (inventory) * Creation of management reports such as profitability report and bid log * Collections * Prospecting for new clients * Prospecting for referrals * Sale to existing clients of additional services such a preventive maintenance programs disaster first response program construction to service etc. * Sales to existing clients of additional owned sites Skills/Qualifications: * 3+ years' experience sales estimating or project management with a roofing contractor * Ability to achieve a disciplined budget * Experience in sales and customer service * Leader Organized Communication (both written and verbal) * Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook) Benefits Include: Premium Wages and Exceptional Benefits: Company, Vehicle Phone and Computer Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Accident and Disability Insurance Life Insurance Holiday and Vacation 401(K) with employer match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Roofing Sales: 4 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Gardena, CA 90247 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Gardena, CA 90247: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
