Roofing Sales Representative – $70k–$100k+ (Commission Only + Draw)

Job Description

Home Restoration Experts Inc. is hiring experienced sales representatives to sell roofing, siding, and window projects in Naperville and surrounding cities within a 50-mile radius. This is a full-cycle sales role for closers who are comfortable generating their own opportunities and closing deals.

Sales representatives will actively generate leads through door-to-door sales, run inspections and estimates, present solutions, and close contracts with homeowners. Additional leads may be provided based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door sales in assigned territories
• Generating self-produced leads
• Running inspections and estimates
• Presenting roofing, siding, and window solutions
• Closing contracts with homeowners
• Managing deals from inspection through contract
• Coordinating with production and administrative teams

Compensation Details

• Commission-only position
• $2,500 bi-weekly draw against commission
• Commission paid on closed projects

Requirements

• Experience selling roofing, siding, or windows required
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-generated leads
• Proven ability to close deals
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated

• Full-time

• Evening and weekend availability as needed
