Roofing Sales Representative
HSE Roofing
We are seeking energetic and motivated Roofing Sales agent to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer lead base and delivering exceptional roofing consulting solutions.
We are a lead generation company that generates qualified leads for other roofing companies. We get qualified leads for licensed roofers.
This is an outdoor job that requires door knocking and offering homeowners free exterior inspections. You will be climbing on roofs checking for weather related damage like wind damage, hail damage, damage to gutters, downspouts, and siding.
This is a commission based job. You will be paid for every qualified inspection you do and paid even more for every qualified damage claim that is filed by homeowners.
A vehicle is required! A ladder is required as well as a smart phone to document damage. There will be some traveling no more than an hour distance or so within a certain radius.
The best part.....you are done once you get the homeowner to file a claim. No follow ups, no staying in contact with the customers, no waiting to get paid till job is complete. You get paid every two weeks for the work you've done.
There is no draw, or upfront advance pay back system like most roofing companies have. You get the client, you are done and get paid!
Main hours of work are Monday thru Saturday 3pm to 8pm. Some days will be earlier schedule so flexibility is important. It's roughly only 4 to 5 hrs a day.
Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and customer-focused approach, will help homeowners and businesses find the perfect roofing options to protect their properties. Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through door knocking lead generation, and territory management.
- Conduct detailed exterior inspections of the roof, gutter, and siding.
- Documentation of customers information like name, address, email, phone numbers and what damage homeowner has.
- Able to walk, climb ladder, squat, for 4 to 5 hours daily.
- Being very personable and not bothered by rejection or the word no. Moving on and able to do the job.
- Follow a script, but be able to have a personality and speak off the cuff. Not being pushy but actually wanting to help homeowners.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales or business development within the roofing or construction industry is highly preferred but not required. Having a upbeat personality with people skills are most important.
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales efforts effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills essential for building trust.
Experience with door to door sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
