Compensation: $16/hour + Commission

Schedule

Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role

JAF Roofing and Exteriors is seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join the team.

This position plays a key role in connecting homeowners with roofing and solar solutions that improve

their homes and reduce energy costs. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented,

and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule roofing and solar consultations

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals

Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions

Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handoffs

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales preferred but not required

Basic computer and CRM skills
