Roofing Sales Representative – High Commission – Experience A Plus

Jersey Roofing is hiring motivated Roofing Sales Representatives across New York

We are looking for driven individuals who want a high-income opportunity with unlimited earning potential. No roofing experience is required — we provide training. Sales experience is beneficial and can help you succeed faster in this role.

This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for individuals who are hardworking, coachable, and motivated to close deals.

Unlike many roofing sales jobs, we provide warm leads — these are homeowners who have already shown interest in getting their roof repaired or replaced. Your job is to meet with customers, build trust, inspect roofing needs, explain our services, and help guide them through the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners from company-provided warm leads
• Inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions
• Build strong customer relationships
• Explain roofing products, services, and financing options
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication
• Help customers through the insurance and project process
• Manage appointments and sales pipeline independently

Compensation
