Just Improvements is looking for a driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, confident, and ready to earn. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide them through the process from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and perform basic roof inspections
• Explain roofing options in a clear and honest way
• Build trust and close deals
• Follow up with leads and stay organized
• Actively find your own opportunities through networking, referrals, and local outreach
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (home improvement or roofing is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter mindset - you don’t wait, you go get it
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
• Ability to manage your time and stay organized
