We're looking for driven individuals ready to jump-start their careers in sales. In this full-time role, you’ll receive comprehensive paid training on our range of eco-friendly products and services. You’ll gain valuable experience through engaging sales presentations, while sharpening key skills such as communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. This position lays the groundwork for long-term professional growth across many career paths.

What You’ll Do

• Present dynamic, in-person demonstrations of our sustainable products and solutions
• Take part in weekly training sessions and professional development workshops
• Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive, growth-focused environment

The Compensation

• Uncapped Commission
• Attainable Bonus Structure (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
• Average earning potential: $75,000 - $150,000+ per year

• Howell, NJ
• Keystone Roofing offers a $4,200 sign-on bonus, which will be paid weekly at $350 for 12 weeks during initial training. The full sign-on bonus is contingent on successfully completing the 12 weeks of initial training.
