• 50–60% commission based on unit production

• Owner handles insurance follow-up, supplements, and final invoicing
• Public Adjuster and Appraisal support when necessary to help move difficult claims forward towards an insurance approval
• Additional sales opportunities including gutters/downspouts, screens, skylights, garage doors and exterior/interior painting

THE ROLE

You'll begin with door-to-door prospecting, roof inspections, storm-damage identification, customer education, and closing sales.

You'll guide homeowners through the insurance process, manage the project from sale through completion, and manage the job site on installation day working the neighborhood for additional business.

As you establish yourself in neighborhoods and build your reputation, the business will quickly transition from door to door prospecting into "Referral Business".

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Individual has at least one full roofing season of experience
• Proven ability to generate and close roofing sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Disciplined, Self-motivated and Professional
• Someone who genuinely enjoys the roofing business
• Someone who can manage their business without being micromanaged !

Note: We are looking for Professional Salespeople that know what it takes, and are willing to put forth the effort necessary to earn in the range of $10-$20K a month.
