Roofing Project Manager / Sales

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Roofing Project Manager / Sales professional to lead roofing projects by managing crews and job sites, communicating with clients on site and canvassing neighborhoods for sales leads. This role requires a combination of construction expertise and sales acumen to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with project management within the construction industry and door-to-door sales. There will also be a strong preference given to bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates. This is a seasonal position offering opportunities for advancement for motivated managers. Training in our systems and material vendors will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of on site roofing and siding projects (both residential and commercial)
• Arrive on job site early to ensure all material is correct and ready and property is ready for work to begin.
• Communicate with work crews to determine need for additional material and working with supply houses to obtain additional material. Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
• Drive to pick up additional materials as needed. Must be able to load and unload material.
• Communicate with customers and answer questions while on job site.
• Oversee work and help to ensure project runs smoothly and job site maintains desired level of organization and cleanliness.
• Canvas surrounding neighborhoods of job sites to distribute marketing materials and secure additional leads (potential commission opportunity).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
