What You’ll Do

Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation of their own.

• Door-to-door canvassing
• Connect with homeowners impacted by storm damage to offer solutions through their insurance.
• Candidates MUST have the ability to climb roofs.
• Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations.
• Guide customers through the claims process with confidence.
• Drive sales and meet individual and team goals.
• Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowner’s property.
• Be held accountable with monthly goals, and minimums.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and results-driven individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude while possessing strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be organized with good time management skills.
