We offer three weeks of PAID TRAINING!

Your Job Will Include

• Knocking on doors and talking to homeowners
• Climbing roofs to check for damage
• Helping people understand and navigate their homeowner's insurance
• Meeting with insurance adjusters
• Signing contracts with homeowners
• Setting and reaching monthly goals
• Being polite and professional

What You Need

• A driver’s license

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Go door-to-door and Interact with homeowners
• Work outside on your own
• Educate Homeowners about roofing and insurance
• Find new Homeowners in your area
• Build trust and rapport with the homeowners
• Manage your projects in our CSM system

We Off Two Different Payment Options

Salary

· From $55,000.00 per year plus 2% commission (must meet minimums)

OR

· 10% commission on all collected payments plus a bonus for each new customer.
