Retail Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representative

Role Overview: You sell roofing and exterior projects directly to homeowners. You generate your own leads, run appointments, present solutions, and close deals.

What You Do -Run company-assigned leads, generate leads through referrals, and self-sourced opportunities. Run in-home sales appointments, inspect roofs and exterior systems (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) Build and present retail proposals, close contracts on the spot, coordinate handoff to production after sale.

Compensation 100% commission -Paid on collected revenue, High-ticket sales (typical jobs: $8,000–$30,000+) Uncapped earnings

Requirements -Proven ability to sell high-ticket products or services, comfortable with prospecting, strong communication and closing ability, willingness to work evenings and Saturdays. Reliable transportation
