What You’ll Do

• Knock doors and speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Set appointments and assist with on-site roof inspections
• Present solutions and guide homeowners through next steps
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Compensation

• Commission-based (1099 independent contractor role)
• $3,000–$5,000 per signed deal (based on project size and scope)
• Uncapped commissions
• Top performers consistently earn $150K+ annually, with elite reps exceeding $200K

Requirements
